Matilda's kind-hearted teacher. She is tired of living in fear under Miss Trunchbull.

MISS AGATHA TRUNCHBULL:
The tyrannical headmistess at Matilda's school who despises children. She used to be a hammer thrower in the Olympics.

Matilda's uncaring father. A slimy, greedy used-car salesman.
